Looks orange in the tin which is a little scary but looks perfect when applied. We painted it on metal and it looks just like copper. Very happy!

Really looks like metal. We used a cement board to support behind the kerosene stove (looks like an old fashioned wood stove). Then they painted with that color. Seriously looked like a copper plate behind a stove!

I ordered copper, I like it very much! It's much prettier than the spray paint versions. It's easy to apply (for shiny and metallic finishes you'll need a few coats, but not much is enough) and dries very quickly. I've painted a few things with it and there's still half a can left.

Sargent brand upper copper paint leaked or broken I can't tell much paint dries on almost half the can and along the lid and the can dries on the one side, the other side without color. It was so thick that several people tried to open it but couldn't. I can't open because I don't have anything big enough to go around to break the top. Great color. I have a really nice color swatch on the inside of the shipping box and the plastic bag it was attached to. Also a sample on my hands when trying to empty the container. Washes off perfectly with mild soap and water. The color is great and I look forward to using it now that the packaging/shipping issue has been resolved. I can't get enough of what others haven't already said in their reviews. It is easy to work with, offers excellent coverage and is extremely versatile. I've painted wood, plastic, foam, terracotta - you name it, I've probably painted it a variation of copper! The paint really sticks to all surfaces (never had to use any craft primer) and although some crafts have been exposed to water on a weekly basis, it doesn't peel off like the latex and acrylic I've used before.
