This thread was a disaster. The color bled all over my fabric and ruined my arts and crafts project. The only good thing is that the spool is a decent size. I would not recommend this thread to anyone. Save yourself the headache and choose a different brand.

The product came very quickly and at a great price for Sashiko thread. I had the pleasure of meeting Atushi a few months ago and am glad I was able to get his items on Amazon so quickly. Thanks very much!

item shows 5 skeins but I received a single skein (40m). Even more misleading is that sashiko thread is often sold in a set of 5. There is nothing wrong with the thread itself, it is only 20% of what you would expect judging by the picture.
