Great customer service!

I was initially very disappointed with how this order came about. It had no seal (which customer service declared unsafe). It was only three quarters full (which customer service explained isn't this normal, I assume there might be a leak?) It was very watery (customer service said it wasn't a thick gel but shouldn't be watery) . After hearing all of this, they offered me a replacement or refund without hesitation. Such a great company. Will not buy again - Hair care

Not sure if there is anything wrong with my order but it is very runny and watery. When I tried mixing it with bleach powder, it completely separated into weird clumps. My returns window is closed but I am very disappointed.

Product was defective

I'm not sure if I got a bad batch but it definitely didn't work for me. I always use this brand of hair dye so I decided to get the right developer and it was a disaster. . The developer didn't work at all, I had to re-dye my clients' hair after using it. I usually go to a cosmetics store to buy my products. I would not order this again or ever order the developer online again. Bad experience
