Top-Notch Trail Runner

This running shoe is a perfect fit for trail runs. The comfort and support is top-notch, allowing for a smooth and enjoyable run. The design is also aesthetically pleasing. However, the shoe is not great for road runs and can feel a bit heavy. Overall, a great addition for anyone who loves to hit the trails and enjoys Sports and Outdoors.

Pros
  • Durable and sturdy for long-lasting use
Cons
  • May show signs of wear and tear over time with frequent use

Love these trail running shoes

I recently took these shoes on a 4 mile trail run outside of Loveland, County. The track was a mix of compact soil and loose gravel. , large boulders and paths of sharp stones. I've never felt unsafe in these boots at this distance. The best test for me was a fairly steep 30ft descent on a mixed trail (loose, rocky, rainwashed ravines). I've run downhill and never lost traction. Every step seemed safe. The soles of my feet were well protected from the sharper rocks I was walking over. I usually

Pros
  • Feel good
Cons
  • Very expensive

The previous version of Peregrine (8) was more like a runner, but this (Peregrine 10) is more like a sloppy workaholic. Feels like a Brooks Beast with an added plastic shell that supports the heel. If you roll this shoe sideways, the liner appears to slip off the outer and you lose momentum entirely. The outsole is also less grippy than the Peregrine 8, so it slides off rocks. To be clear, 8 had issues (the only longevity) but 10 is a drag in the wrong direction for the wander line.
