Great product!: Ceiling fans

After a long search on the net, reading reviews after reviews, we decided on this nomadic ceiling. This is exactly what we were looking for and it ticks all of our boxes. Easy to install, almost flush with the ceiling, provides more headroom on our covered patio. Excellent purchase!

Pros
  • are understandable even for old people
Cons
  • Weight

What they don't tell you about this fan

I'm a retired home builder and have installed a heck of a lot of fans. The standard bottom stem size for a fan is 3/4 inch, this bottom stem is 1/2 inch. So if you need a longer pole than the included 4 1/2 inch pole, pay more and order it here at Revain or wherever they are available. The 5 foot footer I ordered is about $36.

Pros
  • Useful beyond its intended purpose
Cons
  • There are doubts

You get what you pay for. I paid $76 and bought 3.

Bought these fans in 2015, as of 2019 they are still humming. Works perfectly so far, no play, no rattling and no creaking. Also, even at top speed, they don't create enough breath. I'm taking them off next week because we're remodeling the ceiling. I'm going to Dan's Fan City for something like this. Pays more but generates more wind and is less noisy or buzzing!

Pros
  • Solid build
Cons
  • Low repairability

Another offer in stock. Buy SUPER

I knew it was going to be a hot summer so I decided to buy a fan because my dog and I love to chill out on the south facing patio every summer . . It is covered, but still heated without constant air circulation. Works great, very quiet and easy to install. The shortest bottom bar bothered me at first, but it actually worked great for my application. Bought from Revain Storage for 30.00 below cost. It was new but was sent back. All parts and all parts with additions are included

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • Almost everything is available

Great price for an outdoor fan.

Have bought three of these units so far. I did quite a bit of shopping before buying them because most of the outdoor ceiling fans I found were pretty expensive and I was on a tight budget. Was a little suspicious at first because it's so cheap. However, my fears were unfounded as this fan proved to be more than satisfactory. I was very happy with them. Please note that the fan does not include the bottom bar and lighting kit. We didn't need lanterns (which are sold separately), but we did have

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Fur, noisy, doesn't move air as expected

Bought 2 of these as part of an outside porch makeover. They don't seem to move air very efficiently, and I've found that we've always set them to "high" speed. The last thing they are quite noisy. Engine hum is clearly audible during a call at an average volume. They have now been in operation for several months and are used extensively in all seasons and weather conditions and there have been no durability issues. With all the engine noise and lack of air movement, I'm a little surprised they

Pros
  • Great for a small house
