If you're looking for value for money this 16 blade handle razor is a great buy. I'm not a big fan of Schick razors, but I had to buy some as I ran out of Gillette blades. Great razor and replacement blades cost a lot less than Gillette. Also, Shick does not insult American men in his ads. I threw away my Gillette razor, it's $16 for four replacement cartridges. There is no comparison.

Edit: My rating has been downgraded to 3 stars instead of 4 to other similar blades or slightly higher price. The shave isn't as close as I'd like and I'm finding more and more cases of burning as a result of use (and that's with cream). I like these razors more than the new Schicks or any Gilette I've tried. The shave is so smooth and I love the trimming blade. My only complaint with the newer Schicks (and a few others) is that you just have to run the water over them to get the hair out. These are the worst razors I've ever used. They have multiple wires running perpendicular to the blades and act like little heavens so the razors don't get too close to the skin for a close shave. Because of the wires, the blades become clogged with clipped hair and are extremely difficult to wash out of razors as the back of the razor is impermeable to water. Terrible design.

I have NEVER written a review of any product on any website. The first thought I had after using this razor for the first time was. Why didn't I do this many years ago?! I shave my head twice a week and can't remember the last time I shaved without a cut. Shaved as smoothly and without pressure as most cuts. I'm done with expensive Gillette blades. The stupid "toxic masculinity" ad campaign put me off, but I don't do personal boycotts when I'm mad at the crazy waking culture. The Schick handle and blades are a fraction of the Gillette price and work just as well, if not better.
