Schiek Knee Wraps 1178B 🏋️ - Black | Superior Support and Stability Review

They're short for the big guy and in my opinion I'll never use them. I have a feeling my knees will fall off from all the pressure this is putting on my back. Just my opinion.

I bought these for my boyfriend. He uses them when squatting with super heavy weights and they seem to work well. The whole wrapping thing looks a bit confusing, but I think once you figure out how to wrap them you'll be fine.

I read the pre-purchase Q&A and saw that 4 reviewers said these bandages had velcro. So I was disappointed that the ones I received did NOT have velcro on them. The quality of the slides is good, but they fall off quite easily.

I've been using it for 3 years now. I couldn't do heavy squats without these bandages. At some point my knee hurt, I could only do squats with bandages. There's no other possibility! Good product. Not worn for 3 years. Really durable. Excellent elasticity. You can also wear it over trousers.

I like to use them when I do squats at the gym. Normally I always have slight knee pain. The support they provide is great. It takes a little practice to get the wrap. I roll mine right after each set to make it easier to roll the next one. Just wrap both knees and tuck the end inside.

Excellent Knee Pads! I use it when I squat hard and it protects my knee very well. I have had this product for almost two years and it still works very well with me. Schiek produces very high quality equipment for those who are serious about lifting weights or wanting to protect themselves from injury. Definitely a great product to buy!

I squat very deep and as my sets got closer to 400 pounds I figured I should probably take some precautions not to hurt my knees. Now that I've had them for a while, I usually wear them when I'm trying to crack a PR or when I'm just having a hard time that day. What's good is I now feel like 400lbs doesn't justify the straps so they gave me the confidence to tackle harder lifts. There are also videos on Youtube showing how to wrap them properly. These knee pads are great. They are good for heavy squats with maximum effort. They provide a good jump out of the hole and add weight to your max squat. Personally, I don't train with knee pads all the time. I bike with them and train in them for a few weeks, then without them for a few weeks and have gotten a decent carry over from these bandages.
