So I got this shampoo and I'm not sure if it's just because I didn't get the conditioner but it made my hair rough. Even with conditioner, my hair gets tangled very quickly. It seemed to me that this sediment remained in my hair, which even prevented me from combing my hair with my fingers without tangling them. My hair felt heavy. I got the big bottle because my stylist recommended this brand after my balayage. Now I'm stuck with a huge bottle of this expensive, unsatisfying shampoo.
