I don't like the new design at all. Soap flows everywhere. Called the company and they want me to buy a new wand but I can't find it anywhere!

The picture shows the product I wanted. The product I received has a hole in the middle to fit new chopsticks. The soap just runs out.

The picture does not correspond to the delivered product! They sent us sponges with a hole, which I tried to avoid. Don't order if you want the old design.

I've always used Scotch-Brite chopsticks to the point where I can't imagine washing dishes by hand without them. But after purchase I found out that Scotch-Brite recently changed the product so that there is a big hole right in the middle of the sponge. Well, I fill up a dishwashing wand, stick it in the sink, and the dish soap flows right out of it down the drain! This is a significant degradation of the product and a waste of money. I wouldn't have bought them if they hadn't replaced them…

I bought this exact item last year or so and it was an old design which was great. I recently bought them again and received them with holes through the entire sponge. The packaging is brand new. Whoever came up with this "new" design has never washed dishes in their life. I sent them back and asked for my money back. There is no point in spending money on it and wasting soap from the hole.
