My friend's mother took some time to get used to these items, they were a gift for her. After getting used to using the product, she really liked not having to use her delicate hands for soap and dishwashing. She has a skin disease. I recommend this product.

Unfortunately with the stupid sponge fixation it's really the only way to keep using these sponge pens that I love! This completely eliminates the concept of only getting replacement jaws. that sucks. But they work great and the price is great. I have a big family so it gets used all day. I think we have a good few weeks before I have to throw it away. (Dude, I wish they would fix that stupid hole in the *updated* lips!)

I found them very easy to use and a good price. I've never had a single leak to get large drops of detergent like others I've tried. A trick I learned from another review is to fill it with soap about an inch from the top and then pour water in the last remaining spot. Close and twist to mix the water. This makes application much easier and there is always the right amount of soap that you need for cleaning.

I don't know what people are complaining about. These work great and last a long time. I've had mine for many years. I used to hate these types of cleaning products because they never worked properly. I was visiting a friend recently and she had a trendy one (sucks) so I bought her these as a gift.
