These brushes are fairly cheap but the bristles are well packaged and strong. It doesn't look like they're going to start failing any time soon. They are a little bigger than I thought but I didn't pay attention to their size when I received them. This set of three small brushes was just what I needed to make my dining room look old and scratched. Before I got these brushes I used a sheet of sandpaper and it took a lot of effort and it gave exactly the results I was looking for. They are great for this project and I didn't have to put as much strain on my hands and wrists. Each brush is made of a different material. The silver bristles are made of stainless steel, the bras are of course made of brass and the black ones are made of nylon.

You certainly get a lot for what you pay for this set. Three brushes at $2.32 each is a good price compared to what you pay in big stores. This is a good brush set. I like that they are all the same size and only differ in the type of bristles. While it's clear what they are, it would be nice if the manufacturer stamped the name of the type of bristle on each of them. I like everything labeled and marked.
