A 55 pound trolling motor requires 50 amps, but you can't connect thick wires without touching. The messages are too close to connect. Probably ok for 20, maybe 30 amps. I had to cut off half of the cover to try and connect. I had to throw it away.

Comes with a wire pole nut. So I have to get another one. It's annoying. The reset button seems cheaper than a happy dinner toy. I think we'll see how long that lasts. I wouldn't buy again but it's not worth the hassle of sending it back. I think they will win. Another one sold.

I crimped the connectors which makes the installation more accurate. The rubber coating should make it legal for US Coast Guard inspections of electric boat equipment.
