SEAAN Electric Hot Pot Grill: Shabu Shabu Hot Pot & Korean BBQ Grill Review

I bought this expecting it would make my life easier but it was a nightmare. The plugs did not fit the grill's outlets, so only one side of the grill worked. One of the dials isn't labeled properly, so I don't even know what the temp is. This product wasn't cheap so I expected everything to work properly and efficiently instead half of it didn't work. The product was nothing short of a headache.

I would like to say that this is a good warming grill. This hot food grill has large space, enough for my family to cook hot pot and grill at the same time. Separate temperature controls for the grill and hot pot are also very practical. The grill generates intense heat and is easy to use. Compared to other grilling products we have used before, this product is much better. It heats up quickly and is easier to clean. Give me a good cooking and dining experience. Great on day one. We thought something burned after first use, even though it was on "1" the whole time (about an hour for a meal). Only rubber spoons were used and only soft food was eaten. Nothing with a high concentration of acid in the pot can damage it. Feeling with my fingertips, I realized that the "burned" spot was actually wrinkled sealant.
