Better than expected. not just a cheap nameless pump!

works very well after many months of running water in my off grid home. and many tens of thousands of gallons to water about 10 trees per lot. I pump 20,000 to 25,000 gallons a month. I bypassed the onboard pressure switch in a week. They are never saved on these RV pumps for my application. I use a simple Square-D pump switch for this. This is the pump itself that I need to pump water at a reasonable rate and pressure for some time. I expect several years of consistent use from this pump…

Garbage pump, do not buy

This pump failed in less than 12 hours after spending 1 hour installing it. I bought this pump on February 21st for a home project but never got the project off the ground. As I was getting the van ready for the trip, I decided to replace the pump with this one for more pressure and flow. The big mistake was that the pump failed on the first day of the 2400 miles back east. Thinking it was coincidence I ordered a replacement pump that fit in my van. Sorry but these pumps are rubbish and I will…

Bad pressure switch and connections.

In 3 months I tried 3 pumps from 3 manufacturers. Everything has failed. The first 2 failed due to actual pump motors. This pump motor is the best available today and has great pressure. But this article has a significant drawback. This is a pressure switch. If you look at other reviews, there have been a lot of pressure switch failures. If the pressure switch was high quality I would give this product 5 stars. But a very bad connection and overheating of the switch, which also cause the switch

The pump model repeatedly fails!

I bought the same pump model 3 times because it didn't work for a week after installing it. It is used for pumping reverse osmosis drinking water in a country house, so it is used little, and the continuous operation time is usually less than 3 minutes. I found a bad electrical connection with the red wire to the pump switch to be the cause of the pump failure on the last two pumps. The pump would start and stop if I wiggled the cable connector slightly. If the connector is pulled outward with…

very unhappy camper

We've used it 3 times for about a year, May 2019 (three different trips, probably 10 days total), now it doesn't hold the pressure, the device turns on and off with no use of water (about every 3-5 minutes and I checked for dripping faucets and leaks and we didn't find any) and the pressure switch fails intermittently (that was the first sign of a problem), very disappointed. I tried to contact the manufacturer and seller but no response. It looks like a very poor quality product, the fact that
