tests conducted on HD Tune Pro 5.0 a disk is like a disk, nothing is usual. but quiet and bought partly with bonuses, so it’s cheap (for about 2800) in one Hong Kong Internet aggregator (analogous to market) photo attached to whom few words Pros: quiet, not expensive, I personally like the company Segate, 7200 rpm, there is NCQ, it does not heat up Its cons: it's certainly not as fast as an SSD (of course, it will do for music and backups)

A completely ordinary product, nothing remarkable.

Some pros: Friends advised as a reliable zh. Disk. Relatively inexpensive price for 2TB capacity. Got cons: Bought 2 new discs. After 10 minutes, one failed, in BIOS it is defined as 8.6GB, it is not initialized in Windows. I have applied for a refund.

The quality is at the highest level, be sure to try it.

Has pros: Works fine. For SATA 3Gb / s on the motherboard, there is no need to talk about super speeds. Has some cons At startup, you can hear the parking of heads (the disk is not noisy, it is set as the second for files).

It's not all bad, an average quality purchase.

I put Fortnite on it, there were hard friezes for 5 seconds, I couldn’t understand why, then I set the graphics to a minimum, then back to max. The FPS is the same, I bought myself an ssd and put the question there and immediately decided. Everything became like clockwork. Pros: Quite fast and has been standing for about 2 years, there were no problems. Some cons: The creaking noise on the disk, that's really infuriating its creaking and grinding.

No complaints, I recommend to buy.

I bought 2 pieces at a price of 4000r at one time, I have been using it for more than 2 and a half years. Increasingly, sounds / overtones appear in the operation of the spindle motor, there is more vibration. The constant full load of the volume with small files (feels like it just kills the cache) returns to the stone age when you try to access it. In general, they fully paid off over the entire period of use and to this day continue to work in 16/7 mode without problems.

Pros
  • - Good reading speed - Good write speed - Durability
Cons
  • - Disgusting access speed when fully loaded - After a while, the sound of starting the spindle motor appeared with a rattle at 1 of the 2 screws - Vibration

Worst product for the money, wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The disk was in use for 1.5 years, last week a sound like a "creak" was suddenly heard, as during unsuccessful attempts to record, after which the disk ordered to live for a long time. When you start the computer (power on), the disk spins up, the magnetic heads move three times and freeze along with the disk. It is not detected in the BIOS, the OS sees it as a 4 GB disk and cannot do anything with it, not a single SMART program can really take it, it also fails to manage the disk at a low…

Pros
  • Pretty smart and quiet
Cons
  • Life time.

What did I pay for? This product is a failure.

Worked for about 4 years as a second drive (together with SSD). I think this is very small for a hard drive of this volume, some kind of Samsung for a terabyte bought back in 11 still works at least that, although the system was on it, and games, and in general it was chasing tail and mane. Here, at first, unreadable files were encountered a couple of times, although Windows and Crystaldiskinfo did not find any problems, so I did not sound the alarm. After a couple of months, brakes and broken…

Pros
  • Price, quiet operation
Cons
  • Enough for +/-4 years

Average quality, not a great product.

One of the cheapest drives on the market, with excellent 190 MB / s read and write speeds. When recording information, an unpleasant buzzing and crackling sound is heard, despite the fact that the case is on the floor. The sound is quite loud and if you need silence, then this disc is definitely not for you. I read that the drive is noisy, but I thought it's okay, but the sound is really intrusive. If I heard it, I would think if it is worth taking it.

Pros
  • Price and speed.
Cons
  • Sound at work.

Nothing unusual, a normal product.

The vibration coming from this drive is so strong that the computer is buzzing. It is this disk that is the source of noise and vibrations, and not other components, and if the head starts to read something, then its standard rattle is also added, the neighboring 500 GB Toshiba is generally quiet compared to this. The next HDD will definitely not be from Seagate.

Pros
  • The declared characteristics of the read-write speed seem to be holding.
Cons
  • Noisy. Very noisy.
