I bought it because I thought it would look better. The cord is badly sewn to the belt and is very short. I had to sew with nylon monofilament and cover with neoprene glue. The plastic clip also had to be replaced. The clip is very weak and does not clamp well.

This strap is very comfortable to wear and fits almost every wrist. The clip is very convenient and allows you to attach the camera to the BC's D-ring when you are not using the camera. I have attached a strap to my Olympus PT-EP10 dive case and have no problem with the strap slipping off my wrist.

The color is perfect and adding the clip was a feature I used more than I thought I would. My only complaint is the quality of the stitching that attaches the chord to the float. It came off completely and had to be sewn up again after returning from vacation. Keep in mind that on heavier cameras, the float will only help slow the descent, but won't keep the camera on the surface.

The cable was too big to fit in the small loop on my waterproof camera body, so I had to add a loop to the body to hold it to attach the swimming band to it. This lengthened the cable by about an inch or so. Regardless, the rope is very short, so I made sure to attach it to my left wrist and then place the waterproof camera body strap in the bottom left corner of the camera. That was enough to hold the camera with the left hand and operate the buttons with the right. I decided I liked it…
