There's nothing wrong wtih this platform per se but perhaps better documentation would aid new user training somewhat…

What I like best about Sectara are its features for incident response which helps me respond faster when needed by my organization or customer (both internal & external).
It also has great reporting capabilities so you can track all your alerts/incidents as well! I like most of what i see so far but can't seem able create my own rules or anything yet which would make things easier for me as an admin user (which they do have access too).
Would love if you could add your custom fields/rules at least! If someone from Sectara team has time please come here - our questions are usually answered very quickly by @juanmaldonado who's always ready & willing help us out. We use this product since several months now; benefits include better control over data entry
