I bought these to hang a swing. I had used ropes but they frayed after a while. I will not try chains because they will damage the tree over time. I feel these wide straps are better for the tree. And they can take all kinds of weather so we can keep the swing up all winter. The fact that they can support over 1,000 pounds has reassured adults that they can swing without worrying. I would buy these again and highly recommend.

I really like the looks of these straps and the Carabiners too. I will report back in August after we use them. We bought the to make "tree saver" ties for our horses while camping. I think they will work perfectly and love that they have a specific carrying bag. It makes it easier to keep up with them.

Great product! I bought this to put a swing on a tree limb for my granddaughter. I had the straps up and swing ready for use in less than 10 minutes. The straps are secure on the limb and have not moved since I place them. Highly recommend!

These were fine just way to long for my tree. I didn't pay attention to length. These were ten feet. That and the bright yellow I didn't care for. But they were strong enough, I wrapped around tree a few times and then through the metal. That worked. But I should have just had a shorter one. Ended up getting shorted and not bright yellow.

We had a really tall branch that we wanted to hang the swing from. This kit had everything we needed to get it hung fairly easily. The hard part is tossing the strap over the branch. I attached a rope to the end of the strap and attached the other end to a baseball to throw it over the branch. It's been up for a few months and has held up really well. I'd recommend this swing hanging kit happily.
