This product makes me feel so safe! I live by myself and keep one on my back door at all times and keep it on my front door when I go to bed. Your door can be unlocked and if this is on your door, you can’t open it. So I don’t worry about anyone picking my locks!

I tried it on our back door right when I received the product, and I could not get the lock to disengage. I had to dismantle the door's lock to remove the product! I am afraid to try it, again, on another door, lest I have the same bad experience. Can I have my money back? I can send the product back, but I do not want to pay return postage.Thanks.

First and foremost, I find it completely inappropriate that this is being marketed as "safe for women who live alone”. ANYONE can use this product. I wouldn’t buy it again because it is not at all easy to use. When you try to place it in the door, you’re holding it with one hand and closing the door with the other.when you try to close the door, there is almost no way to close the door without almost jamming your other hand. Just poor design.
