Your calves will thank you

I'm a pro volleyball player and have always had painfully tight calves no matter how much stretching and rolling I did. After one session with the Sedona Ball, my shin splints were almost completely gone. I also started using it instead of a foam roller for my neck and back which had a noticeable impact on my mobility and recovery.

As strong as my $300 knocker! Dan!

When I turned it on at home, my wife thought a truck was picking up in the driveway near the house. That's how strong the vibration is in this little pea! Great deal for solid quality. I have never experienced something like that! Incredible massage power in a small peanut, almost as powerful as my $300 beater! Dan!

Works great!: Wellness & Relax

So far so good. It's quite large for a peanut, which I like as it can be used for back/shoulders and legs. Smaller peanuts won't work for the legs, and something like a foam roller won't work for specifically targeting back/shoulder spots. This thing does both decently enough, although maybe not as well as a styrofoam roll AND a small peanut, which would be a lot more expensive.
