I was looking for a flat background for photography and this fits the bill as it's a lot cheaper than the plate mount options. First good news. The price is excellent and cheap. Flatness. The product came rolled up in a tube. This is a heavyweight paper product - thicker than heavyweight paper but not as heavy as poster board. Because it's so thick, it's quite stiff and it "wants" to stay curled up. It took a while but I managed to roll it the other way without crumpling it and taped it to hold it in place.
