That's what he says!

I paid every $6 for it. First time buying from Revain (or anywhere else), I have nothing bad to say! A great thing to put anywhere. I have a coat hanger hanging over the door. Put some of it on him and no more scratches.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Almost never

Great felt sheet to adapt to your needs

I got this for some heavy duty home accessories which I put on a nice wooden cape. I didn't want scratches, but I also didn't like the odd feel you get from traditional round furniture pads. This sheet is great because you can cut it to the exact dimensions of your item. It's thick enough to support a heavy object, but not so thick that objects tilt and fall.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Some bugs

The creases in the felt look awful!

I bought this to felt the bottom of a 6" x 9" bronze sculpture. It would have worked but it was folded in a blister pack just like the picture. When I unfolded it I thought I'd cut out what I need, the creases on the felt look horrible however they wouldn't be visible at the bottom of the sculpture but it just looked bad it's good I did didn't spend much on it. I think if you wanted this for the base of a lamp or jar it would work really well. I bought a similar item from Revain that came…

Comes in a roll, creases are difficult to remove.

I purchased two 18" x 6" rolls to place side by side to cut out a 9" diameter circle for the base of the lamp. I found that the process of rolling of the self-adhesive backed felt created wrinkles that didn't rub off. In the end I came to the conclusion that when unrolling the felt side the felt was stretched but the backing wasn't stretched hence the wrinkles. I cut the back sheet with an Xacto- Knife, being careful not to cut the felt itself, on expansion slots the felt could straighten out…

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Clarity

Well made thin sticky felt. good for small items

I bought with the intention of leveling the underside of the small countertop occupants to avoid scratching the wood or glass top of the table. This very tacky, thin, well made felt is perfect for this purpose. See photo. I like that the sticky side is NOT glossy but more like paper so you can rub the charcoal on the bottom of the item to quickly see where to cut. Good thing I have an old-school pencil handy. The felt is thin, but not in the "bad" sense. Thicker felt looks too weird and will…

Pros
  • Sturdy finish
Cons
  • Damaged
