Great investment in accessories

Sena has done it again. While there are a few things I personally didn't like, it's still top notch. Definitely a great upgrade from v10. Took me about three days which is always a plus and it's very easy to install and use. If you want to upgrade, then this is the way to go!

Worth the upgrade

I had a sena smh10r and it was great for what it was. I then upgraded to the 50R and there was a huge difference in sound quality, ease of use and features. The app is amazing, you don't have to touch the 50R if you don't want to. Connecting to other Bluetooth headsets was easy, and the app made it even easier to connect to other Sena headsets. Gone (if you decide to use the app) are the days of having to tap multiple times to get to that menu. Those headaches are gone with the app. I could go…

Great product, I'm glad I bought this model!

This is my first bluetooth headset and I have to say it works great and most people can't tell I'm driving at 70 mph. I have a full face helmet and windshield on my bike so either helps. The battery lasts all day and the sound is louder than I expected from such a small device. Haven't tried the bike-to-bike connection yet, but I'm sure it will work just fine too. I'm sure there are others who have complained about this, but I'm really happy with it. The only thing I would add is that it would…

Very happy with this purchase

I bought this because my headphones kept falling out of my helmet. I did a little research before purchasing this model and concluded that this is the best bang for my buck. I checked out Sena's tips and tricks on their YouTube channel before installing it and would recommend it to anyone. Installation was easy and I had a few pairing issues initially, but only because I kept scrolling through a small sentence. It's up to me After assembling this and playing music as the speakers were…

No upgrade from 20S Evo

Update 6 months. que desear y comparando el Sena 50r con otros intercom el Sena queda muy atrás. No compren esto. Encuentro varios problems. you have bluetooth chips.

Good bluetooth system

I installed it about a month ago. So far, so good. Installation was relatively easy. I had to make some minor adjustments to the speaker holes in my helmet, but other than that it wasn't too difficult. Make sure you have electrical tape handy to secure the cables to the helmet in an organized manner. Performance wise, I took it on a 4 hour road trip last weekend to listen to Pandora on the phone and got a few calls too. When my (modular) helmet is in the front position, nobody can tell that I'm

The sound quality is way better than the previous generation!

The overall sound quality while driving is so, so incredibly better than the tinny, horrible sounding Sena systems I'm used to that require earplugs to hear comfortably. The app seems to work fine, although I couldn't get the WiFi charging cable to work properly - I updated the firmware the old fashioned way. Also, it's really nice that they've opted for the less fragile USB-C instead of the previous use of Micro-USB! I assume that the loading time is definitely faster. Coming from the old R…
