Dead on arrival 4 consecutive times

What should I say? They look great and fit perfectly, but they just don't work. What should have been a very quick fix took many hours of my time over the course of 2 weeks installing, troubleshooting, testing multiple possibilities, uninstalling, returning and waiting for a replacement from Revain.
