Very Useful Software For Remote Support

It is one of my favourite softwares, I have used it for more than 2 years now with great success! The UI & UX are superbly designed which makes work easy as well as enjoyable!! Sometimes we face issues while connecting to our mobile devices using serdoobot app but this could be solved by increasing timeout value in settings section or restarting device from recovery mode (if phone not rooted). We use SDR mostly when working remotely at client's sites so that they can get instant support…

  • Very fast response time once connected over WiFi/3G network.
  • High signal strength even during heavy rains

Very good service with an amazing Customer Support

The best part about Serdoo is the AI engine, it is fast and responsive, the user interface is very simple to use and understand. The support team is also very helpful, they are always willing to help and guide you on the best way to solve your problems. The only thing that I don't like is that the chat box is not very big, it is difficult to see the chat content when you are typing. I would definitely recommend Serdoo to anyone who is looking for a simple and fast ticketing system. I am…
