Check for damage on my review.

I first bought a used one to save some money. It arrived damaged, the end of an arm had snapped off. No problem returning it aside from boxing it back up. UPS came to the house to get it and refund was processed quickly. Ordered a new one. For whatever reason it was less than the used one and in good shape. Assembly was easy, but a little clumsy in spots. It would help a bunch to use real tools and not what they provide. It would also help to have a second person to hold some parts to get them…

Solid chair: my feedback

This project to me 3 days only a couple hours a day to get completed. It was a learning process but once i got the first one together, the rest was fairly easy and i have very little experience as a 54 year old women but i handled it fine with just a couple cuts on my dominant hand from the cheap screw driver they send with the set until i smartened up and started using my own tools. The chairs are solid and heavy which i love. I found some nice cushions to go on them as i don’t find them very…

Do NOT over extend the chair when unfolding!

Overall I like the chair. But I wish in the manual they had put a warning! That you should not buy any circumstance over extend the chair when unfolding it past the lock pins. It only takes about half an inch past those lock pins and the top arm will crack right in half.Now I have to contact them to get a replacement part C as I guess everyone has to learn this the hard way because they don't put anything in their manual about this.Probably all the good reviews are people that have never folded
