I got this so I could hopefully switch between my consoles and my laptop when using my gaming monitor since it only has one hdmi port on it. This works great because when you switch to the input the laptop is on windows 11 automatically switch’s to being on two screens and when you switch to the console or something else it switches off from two screens and back to one. It works perfectly with all my 4K equipment (FirestickTV, PS4 and Nintendo Switch). My older 4K tv only has one 60hz input so this helps getting the best picture quality from all devices.I also noticed that it switches automatically between inputs when you turn them on. so it makes it very useful and convenient.

My son has 4 game systems on the TV only had two outlets, I was getting tired of having to help him constantly unplug one to set up another. I never knew this product existed , until a friend of mine told me about it, can’t believe how easy it was to set up. literally just plugged it in to the TV and it was ready to go. Unbelievably easy! Bought this because my new 65 inch TV only has 2 HDMI inputs, both of which I needed to use. When you have a sound bar, fire stick, gaming console etc. 2 HDMI inputs is a joke. I'm not a very techy person, but this was easy enough to set up. I just watched a YouTube video. I wanted something to enable me to have both my Firestick and my Roku plugged in the same time and this worked perfectly. The remote works fine, too, so I don't have to get up and manually switch it from one device to the other. I purchased a short HDMI cable to go with this because it doesn't come with a cable.

It does the trick! Passes through the 1080p@60 video/audio that I need it to in my chain of devices: Chromecast/PC > HDMI Switch > Soundbar > Projector. Lossless audio/video. I've gone through a lot of these little switches - they seem failure prone regardless of brand. This one has been solid so far but the remote looks like something from the 1970s. It works but is not sleek at all.
