i am so surprised by these sunglasses! they are super dark, just as advertised. they also seem to be sturdier than those that i get at sports stores. i am excited to take these camping, i feel like water reflections will be no problem 😎 i have such sensitive eyes (a condition called irlen syndrome) as well as migraines, so i needed a pair of sunglasses this dark. i hope they stand the test of time! i will update my review if necessary.

If you aren't blind and you buy these Ray Charles simulators, you will soon know what the sensation is like. These are incredibly dark and I wouldn't recommend them for anything other than casually roaming the Alps to prevent snow blindness. So this is the best deal I’ve ever got on Best Buy! I have a pair of similar ray bans that cost me $250 and believe it or not, they’re not as good as these $12 glasses! The ray bans don’t have the spring hinges for one and two they aren’t as well made. The spring hinge is black so it doesn’t show, the finish is exactly like my $250 glasses. They’re a mat black with that rubbery texture. The lenses are very dark. You can’t see indoors! But outside your eyes just relax. Great if you have pink eye

I put them on in a lit room and had to take them back off lol. They are really dark and feels well not cheap. The spring hinge may wear out over time and no longer provide the same level of support.

I was looking for a dark pair of sunglasses and these are definitely that. Unfortunately it probably wouldn’t be safe to drive with them on because they really are blackout sunglasses. But they are perfect for wearing while outside. Ill have to find another pair just a little bit lighter so I can have for driving.

I love that they are dark but mine came messed up. I thought it was like a protective film when I first saw it but it was the actual sunglasses. I can’t scrapIt off because it’ll mess it up even more.

Got these for Halloween. I wouldn’t use them as normal sunglasses because they’re not polarized. But the lenses are nice and dark.

They stated that they were super dark. So I purchased them, to find out that they weren't darker than any other lightly tented glasses.

Great shades. Just make sure you know they are very very dark. I cant wear them on a somewhat cloudy day. That's my feedback.

Love the darkness of these glasses. They are great for concussions. Only complaint is they let light in from the side. Would definitely purchase again!

Truth in advertising - these babies are nice and dark. Perfect when at the beach, boating or outdoors in snow. Not sure what the UV protection is but they make it easier to see in bright conditions.

I get migraines easily and these are the only sunglasses dark enough to keep my headaches at bay. I’ve purchased 3 pair so far, only because I misplace mine. I’ve even convinced a friend to buy some. I’m a fan.

Was not expecting a lot from the price but glasses are firm and guilty is great for a daily pair of shades. That's my feedback.

First off one side was not secured properly.Second. yes these glasses are dark. VERY dark, which is what I was looking for. Unfortunately because of the light being able to get in from the sides it makes these glasses un wearable for me. Which I was not expecting. These glasses are pretty much useless in my opinion.I did give a 2 star only because I mean, they are as described. Super Dark. But the issue is in the design.

I underestimated how dark these would be holy cow lol. No complaints, bought them for the beach - but seriously these are the darkest sunglasses I’ve ever seen! Wouldn’t attempt driving with these on, even super bright mornings. I tested them briefly while parked, windshield was low visibility but I looked down and the floorboard was pitch black literally in the bright clear Texas skies lol

Love how dark these are but the lens are too straight that you can see your reflection if light is hitting you from the back of your head

I have very photosensitive eyes. How sensitive? Let's just say I still need gas station shades when driving in streets with almost no street lights and I am using low beam (non-LED, old hazy headlights). I need an app for my phone because the lowest light level is still too bright. I normally had to order sunglasses from NOiR because there's just none out there that's dark enough.That said, this sunglasses is still decent. Definitely darker than most gas station sunglasses. But I can still walk

I get migraines with light sensativity. These are perfect for those moments. They would also be great for blues or rock musician who is in need of minimizing visual stimulation due to recreational indulgences.

I think it is the "standard" sunglasses you get as a commercial give away everywhere. Ok, it comes in a box and with a cloth, but it still kind of looks cheap
