No big deal

Springtime for the Mona Lisa. This product is not that pretty or shiny. It looks boring compared to him. This also works great for covering the entire surface, but if you want artistic stripes and dashes, it's not as flashy as the Mona Lisa. Tends to leave visible rough edges.

Transfer sheets are somehow designed to help with the application.

Transfer sheets are somehow designed to make it easier to attach the sheet as a solid square. It will take more practice for me to use it, but I can say I have better control of the sheet, pulling it against the backing sheet just enough to smoothly and gently release it to the correct size. Definitely less stressful work.

It's really awesome! I wanted some silver foil for the installation.

This is really cool! I wanted some silver foil for an installation I made for my office. I did a lot of prototypes trying to figure out the best way to get the texture I wanted - I didn't want it to be perfect. If you paint the size (the glue you use on the silver leaf) and get a good finish you will get a perfect silver leaf finish (not what I wanted). So if that's what you're looking for, they're good for that too! For my project I actually sprayed a very light mist onto an acrylic painted…
