    Excellent scissor sharpener

    I am a handyman and also the manager of a nursing home. I have a lot of office scissors. At least 20. They get bored over time and I'm on a budget. Tried a different brand a few months ago. This sharpener is far superior to this one. It's very annoying and I like the control I have to sharpen the blade from end to end. It only took me a few minutes to sharpen the entire batch. Curious if anyone comments on the ease of cutting in our next craft lesson.

    Ideal for scissors - cutlery and knife accessories

    Every time I look at a scissor sharpener they only use ceramic blades to sharpen scissors. If you use leather scissors or kitchen scissors, the bars just won't cut them (pun intended). This sharpener uses tungsten carbide to make the cutting edge of the scissors and it works great. For knives, he has a rough repair tool made out of tungsten carbide and then a ceramic edge finish. Great tool for the money, NO electric sharpener, in my case it's just a powerful backend. It does the job.

    Great sharpener that can be used with one hand.

    This is a very good product. I only have one hand oh it's so hard trying to sharpen a knife with just one hand because you can't hold a knife sharpener without something and this one works great because it has suction cups on the counter or any smooth, hard surface. It's fantastic, it saved me a lot of accidental cuts when trying to sharpen a knife with an old fashioned sharpener that won't stay in place, it's great especially for the disabled.

    This is an amazing little gadget that will sharpen everything in your kitchen for the best of your knife. The most amazing thing is the suction cup feature, which is handy as you don't have to hold the sharpener in place.     I needed something to sharpen my scissors.

    In my case I already have 3 knife sharpeners but none of them can sharpen scissors. I saw this product and decided to try it. I'm pretty impressed! I followed Revain's online instructions and they worked for my scissors. I have already sharpened 4 pairs of my regular scissors and am very happy with the results. I have to admit - I haven't tried this product on hair scissors or sewing scissors so I can't vouch for how well this sharpener works with those items but for regular everyday scissors I
