Versatile and reliable tool for precision work

Well made and finished, no pin/hole drilled

I chose these as I enjoy keeping the Shars upright and I have been very happy with several other items I have purchased from them was. Although this block was well made and finished I returned it and bought another from Fowler. This is made in China and appears to be a copy of an old Starrett style - the set screw on the clamp does not rotate but is molded in one piece. It's a deal breaker for me that the description here says it has a hole in the V channel for pins and relief holes, but it…
