I love the slim shoe organizer - just put your size 9 to the side and you have a slot for 10 pairs of shoes. 2 per flip-flop slot. I like it. As another user noted in their review, this shelf is not ideal for sneakers, trainers or boots. I should have read the dimensions more carefully beforehand but on arrival each slot was much smaller than I expected. While the front inch or so of each slot has some thickness, it's not the same cardboard material all over. I love this organizer but I can't give it five stars because it doesn't have hooks to hang it properly. I thought the hook would be included as is normal for this type of organizer. I was pleasantly surprised at the durability of this product as the structural integrity of this type of suspension tower is usually terrible. You'll always have a limp, limp mess. Although my pockets are full and it hasn't sagged at all, this is NOT a shoe rack for anything more than very thin sneakers and mules/slippers.
