Excellent brake pads - Sport

Looks like the real thing. They work well, brake quietly, are pretty easy to install (if you know what you're doing), and the price seemed reasonable.

Pros
  • The best in their niche
Cons
  • Weight

Great Deal - Cycling

Only 16 days from order to receipt from England. Only 2 days longer than US store suggested and was cheaper. The pads fit perfectly and install in minutes.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Update Availability

Works great - brake pads

Brake pads work great; They are not very difficult to install, hold up perfectly and are absolutely silent. Pretty much everything you need for a brake pad.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Some cons

Brake pads with heat distribution fins - Wort

My personal preference, resin pads to increase braking performance, heat distribution fins help keep things cool on long downhill rides

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Clarity

Awesome Shimano GRX brake pads

I usually like metal brake pads on my bikes but love the feel and modulation of these pads. Easy to install at home, just remember to put the calipers back in place before reinstalling the wheel.

Pros
  • good stuff
Cons
  • hard to say

Replace worn brake pads

These are the exact same brake pads for my Specialized Roubaix Expert with Shimano Ultegra hydraulic disc brakes. I had to buy a compatible pair at my local bike shop but that's what it takes. I will replace them when a compatible pair wears out. Due to COVID-19 the supply chain is disrupted so I bought a few kits as a backup as it is very difficult to find good replacement parts at the moment.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

I agree with Matt on the Shimano website

As Matt wrote, the Shimano website is difficult to interpret and piece together. They need to improve this site and especially the links to "authorized dealers" which is a joke. These links led me to Ace Hardware and other companies unrelated to Shimano. I also agree that cheaper pads are fine as long as you don't mind the noise of the brakes which I can't stand. Shimano pads are better, but still not perfect. They aren't worth the price to be sure.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Great Brake Pads. Like most Shimano parts, they don't come cheap, but you can't beat the quality. I replaced some L02A pads that were worn out and squeaking like crazy. Did quite a bit of research online to determine if L03A pads are official replacements for L02A pads. As usual, Shimano's product literature is often difficult to compile and interpret. I always seem to go to different blogs and chat loops for the best information. Not sure if these pads are harder or softer than the L02A pads…

Pros
  • The Best
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging
