🔍 Enhance Engraving Precision with SHINA Titanium Carbide Engraving J3 3001Tix10 Review

I was concerned about how well they would work in a CNC wood engraving application. However, my fears were wrong. I'm still on my first incisor after 15 hours of carving hardwood like oak. I've punched a bit in the stuff (gcode sender error) a few times with no damage. These are great bits that give great clean results. Will buy more if I ever manage to blunt them.

Excellent quality bits, very centered and very sharp. Sharp enough to open my hand almost to the bone if I was careless with one of them stuck in my (powered off and not moving) CNC router. My only complaint is that they dull fairly quickly when engraving aluminum 6061. It's not really the tool's fault as it's still HSS. The coating works well for a time, but only about 5-10 thousandths of the end of the bit is actually used for engraving, and even the carbide will not last long. For money…

Machine with 10 engraving bits, tip 0.1mm, cone 30 degrees. I thought these bits would be a good replacement for the ones that came with the car. I was wrong. The first bit I used ripped through the red oak I was engraving. Again I had to use a razor blade to clean the edges. I didn't have this problem with the parts that came with it. I will try some of the other bits in the pack on reclaimed wood. Perhaps these blunt bits can be used to mill the center and then replaced with better ones to…
