These lamps are perfect for every application. I work for a theater company and used them to make a sign for our Chicago production (see picture). They worked great and thanks to the integration of our lighting system I can control their dimming function along with my other show cues. .

If you intend to use it for a perfume or wax warmer - don't use it for that purpose. The pears don't get hot enough to melt the wax. I have used these bulbs in other small lamps however and they give off a nice light and have lasted several months of use so far. We received an order for 25 G40 glass baubles with candle holders very quickly. Each bulb was wrapped in bubble wrap and everything worked. We are very happy with how they look as they are just perfect for our outdoor seating area. The size is perfect too! I first set up the wire chain based on what others have shared, then inserted the lightbulbs. I recommend others to do the same sequence.
