Great shredder! Probably the best shredder I've ever had. Shreds paper into tiny little paper balls. Very sure. mine is broken I have contacted support. They said the warranty covers me and they will send a new one. Nothing was sent. You have acknowledged receipt of my purchase confirmation. But I heard nothing in reply. That was 6 months ago. Buy a grinder, it's great. But don't expect a guarantee.

It does everything it says on the spec and it's quiet, but, and this is the biggest annoyance, there's something right in front of the shredder's teeth where the pages sag. You have to force the sides, whatever it is, and when you add multiple sides at once, the middle ones go through and the outer one hangs, so you have to push it past what's down there and mess up the feed path. . It's quiet, but the constant hassle of having to stuff papers into the shredder's teeth is a major gripe.

I was lucky enough to purchase this shredder at a greatly reduced price but that only adds to my overall satisfaction. The shreds are very small, so there is no doubt about safety. He's pretty quiet - it's easy to have a normal conversation. I bought this as an alternative to paying a shredder over $1,500 to shred my business documents. He worked nearly 8 hours a day for weeks and just kept panting. If I could change one thing I would do it faster, but that's only because I have over 100 boxes…

I just received this chopper and I like it for the following reasons:1. He really tore the paper into very small pieces (see photo). I love my other Fellow shredder as it only cost me $100 at Costco seven years ago and I think it's a P5 security level but I'm very impressed with this shredder in comparison.2. This is a very good shredder that does an excellent job of turning junk mail and other documents into pretty confetti. It does this fairly easily (as long as it stays within the given page limit), stays cool, and runs for a long time (I haven't been able to get it to stop yet). My only major criticism of this machine is that the storage box was not designed for bags at all. If you try to use pockets (swingline etc) they will snag on both the hooks and the dumb plastic piece designed to catch…

I bought a paper shredder about a month ago so it's too early to speak about its reliability. So far my observations. Good: 1) Very good at shredding sheets of paper into very small particles. 2) Has a good sized recycle bin. 3) The card/CD slot has its own mini bin to keep the shredded plastic from mixing with the shredded paper bin. 4) Relatively quiet. 5) Has a power saving mode.
