could be better. Thread is weak and often breaks, especially when embroidering hats, so I spooled my own for hats.

Didn't know I had bobbins without sides. Should have read the description better. However, they work great in my Brother sewing machine.

worked great on my Redline 15 needle machine, my Babylock Unity desktop single needle sewing, quilting and embroidery machine and the MT Brother Persona PR100 free arm single needle machine. I will continue to use these roles.

I will never wind bobbins again. Lots of thread on each spool. He never had a bird's nest on his back. Sometimes it's difficult to find the beginning of a stream. Run your thumbnail over the spool and it will usually pop out of the thread.

Were disappointed when they arrived that they didn't have a hard case. There was nothing at the top and bottom of the spools, all that was there was thread. Therefore, you cannot use all of the thread as it will keep going back into the bobbin case when the thread runs out. So you have a lot of wasted thread that you can't use. The addon doesn't show you enough of the coil to know if it has a hard shell. Very disappointed but will use them even if there is a lot of waste.
