Description of Sierra International 18 3500 Thermostat 140°

Temperature Rating: 140°. Designed for use with Johnson/Evinrude 3 Cylinder (1992 & Up) and 90° Looper (1990-1992) applications. Includes one thermostat per package. Interchangeable with GLM 13170 and Johnson/Evinrude Outboard 394409 and 434137. Each Sierra product meets or exceeds the original equipment part it replaces.

Terrible thermostat ruins car engine

After trying this automotive thermostat I regret purchasing it.The instructions were unclear and it caused more harm to my car engine than good. The only PRO is that it's cheap, but i wouldn't sacrifice quality for cost. The cons outweigh any potential benefits. Don't make the same mistake I did..

Excellent Thermostat for Automotive Cooling

I was hesitant to purchase a new thermostat, but I`m glad I did. As a result of using this product, I found that my vehicle's engine temperature has been consistently maintained, which is essential for proper engine function .The installation was easy, and the thermostat seems to be of good quality. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey compared to other thermostats on the market. Overall, I recommend this product for anyone looking for a reliable automotive thermostat..

Not as pictured

We have ordered this part twice and it does not look like the picture. The thermostat does not have enough area for the water to flow through to cool the pontoon motor.
