FD-FAN-SSLL-120-RD Cooling Case Fan by Fractal Design: Elevate Your System Cooling Efficiency Review

I got this because the case (Fractal Design Focus G Mini) comes with two and I needed a rear exhaust. LEDs are sharp and need a tinted sidebar or some diffusion as they are sharp spots of bright light rather than an even glow. The front fans in the case aren't visible from the side panel and are scattered through the metal grille on the front, but the rear fan location is right in the field of view, and I'd like a low-powered fan instead. The same fan I had in my case and I just wanted to add a third one in the back. Only after that did I realize that the brightness of the fan is related to the speed. The faster the fan spins, the brighter it gets. It's cheap and matches my other fans so I'm happy with the purchase until I upgrade them all.

Very minimal noise from this fan, even when overclocked it's pretty quiet, good fan choice for case and CPU. It gets brighter the faster it spins if you put it in PWM, nice touch to say it runs fast :)

Pros: Looks great once installed and provides a nice bright white LED for your case. fan, and somehow ended up undressing the two. The nature of PC case fans requires you to basically cut through the plastic of the fan itself with a screw, but I've never dealt with a fan as complex as this.

Bought this fan to add as a rear air intake for my Fractal Focus G (which already comes with two front air intakes). They are very quiet and help keep my CPU and GPU temperatures reasonable.
