Works as intended

When used in the microwave, the lid allows moisture to escape in large quantities and drip onto the rotating microwave tray; So be careful when removing the lid and removing from the microwave. Make sure you have a washcloth with you when you take it out of the microwave.

  • Good product for the price

Good for reheating leftovers

This is a good cookware for heating food in the microwave or oven. The lid provides a strong seal that retains moisture when reheated. The caveat is that steam will build up and bounce the lid from time to time as it retains moisture when reheated. If you leave the lid slightly crooked, steam will escape.

  • Good for many

Great Microwave Popcorn Pan

I bought this to make microwave popcorn and it works great. Just pop in 1/4 cup of kernels with the lid closed and you've got the best microwavable popcorn with no oil or anything like that. Then I take it out and while the dish is still hot I melt the butter in it and pour it over, add salt, then cover with a lid and shake. It is excellent! I also use it for cooking vegetables or whatever. Love it!

Worth every penny - Bakeware

I have four different sizes and copies of the smaller ones. They look fantastic, work in both the oven and microwave, don't let air in and stack well with cabinet lids. When making extras for future meals, I freeze them in a freezer bag or in foil in an empty pan until they start to form. When the dish is ready to serve, I can just clean it and put it in the microwave. This crockery still looks like new even after many trips in the dishwasher. They save my wallet and the planet from using so…

Ordered 3 bowls for leftovers and it was the BEST

I don't know why it's so hard to get a bowl this size with a glass lid. I had a million, but they were from my college days and they broke one after the other. I've been looking for several years and couldn't find what I wanted. This bowl is magical. It's strong and quite heavy. PERFECT SIZE FOR leftovers or veggies (hard to find that size). I'm glad it comes with an actual glass lid that can sit up (for a fuller dish) or push in (for less in the bowl). Washes dishes very well. I will order…

Replacement for Old Pyrex

Purchased 1 Qt. and 1.5kw. Pan to replace the very old Pyrex pans which still served their purpose but were badly scratched. We couldn't find Pyrex anymore. We definitely wanted ears on the base and lid and not a round button on the lid. Stackability was important, which is great; especially with two sizes. The glass is thinner than the old Pyrex and will hopefully be just as strong. We find it difficult to get rid of old trusty stuff, but these casseroles are a nicer replacement and upgrade…

That's a bomb! for kitchen and dining room

Ordered. Now I'm ordering two more. I cook for one and got tired of stretching plastic wrap over the top of the bowl to seal it, especially when I had to peel it back and stir. I WANTED A GLASS PLATE. I looked for these and was surprised that there are so few on sale, especially in small sizes. I wouldn't mind having a slightly smaller pair but this quart size suits most of my needs. I'll be unloading most of my other bowls from my cluttered closets and relying on these to get maybe five…

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly
