My wife loves this makeup remover. However, the liquid inside is dark gray and cloudy. Normally it should be transparent. I'll try to exchange them with Revain.

I couldn't find a product that would remove my eye makeup from Water prof so I tried Simple Kind and I love it! The makeup is washed off, the eyes do not hurt. I will definitely buy it again, very satisfied

I've been using the Simple Eye Makeup Remover for years because it works and isn't as harsh as some I've tried in the past. Can't find it in stores anymore but found it on Amazon which was interesting. The last few bottles I bought were in the old, smaller packaging (I've attached the picture) and I had no problems. 4 bottles ordered and received in new/different packaging. I have used this on my eyelash extensions for an oil free clean and also as a general makeup remover. So far I've tried it on Wet n Wild MegaLength Waterproof Mascara and L'Oreal Telescoping Waterproof Mascara with neither showing any effects. It was the same as pouring clear water. I really should have returned this while I was still in the return window, shame on me. I used to buy this product in London or asked friends to bring it to me if they wanted. It was tough when I ran out of it, so I'm very glad I can get it at Revain now.

I ordered eye makeup remover but received skin makeup remover. I have eyelash extensions and they told me to buy them specifically for the eyes. I only realized it after using it several times. My eyelash extensions started falling out very quickly and I think this could be the reason.

Not as happy as I thought I was with this eye makeup remover. I bought this product so I wouldn't have to use the more expensive remover as often, but I still use it afterwards! Unfortunately not what I expected or needed.
