Navigation is really good

picture below and on the side is ok, I really liked the navigation. Mine came with a C-map chip full of bay fishing hotspots.

Lowrance Support and C-Map Micro SD card

The C-MAP is a micro SD memory card that comes with a standard SD adapter so they can be used with a wide variety of chartplotters can. On the side opposite the one you're deploying is a small protrusion that you can grab and pull with your fingernail. This will remove the micro SD from the adapter so you can insert it into the Simrad GO9. Lowrance provided this information via a support request. Very satisfied so far!

Navigation is really good

The picture below and the picture on the side are fine, I really liked the navigation. Mine came with a C-map chip full of bay fishing hotspots.

Poor customer service from Simrad!

I received the unit and after the 2 year warranty expired it got very hot and is mostly brick. John from Customer Service/Tech Support told me to buy another one. Why should I buy another device without a company behind it? Registered 140 f in the shade on my FLIR. Dude this will burn my baby or finger if I use it. Very disappointed. Poor Simrad customer service and a way to support people in your department.
