Well tailored but definitely light terry cloth

As other reviewers have pointed out. This is definitely NOT a plush, heavy robe. BUT it's well made and will definitely double as a 'robe' to provide privacy when he's not fully dressed and needs to get out of the shower to get his phone or coffee. As a 2nd layer, it also warms my pyjamas/pajamas when I'm dressed like this and the house is already cold/not yet warm in the morning.

I am a Male Convert

I am 45 and have never owned a bathrobe in my life. I've never seen much use in it, although I've known countless friends and relatives who have and wear robes. I decided to give it a try, and while I'm a noob and definitely not a heist expert (is there such a thing?), I really like this thing. It's soft and super absorbent. We've already had a very chilly night so I showered then dried off and lay in this thing all night and it was very warm and comfortable. I'm about 5ft 8" and currently…

Great robe! - Clothing

So this bathrobe doesn't fit me exactly, but it's more like I just have to lose weight 😅. In this respect it fits quite well and the material is perfect. It's like a regular bath towel with some weight so it's easy to use to dry off. And the hood helps hair dry quickly. Very comfortable bathrobe, would definitely recommend.

Pleasantly soft cotton, plenty of overlap at the front, hood good for wet hair

Beautiful dressing gown made of soft cotton terry cloth. Not as thick as a bath towel but thick enough for me. It hangs down to the knee and is generously overlapped at the front so that it closes well even if you are overweight. The cap comes in handy when your hair is a little damp after a shower and helps with drying. Keeps you comfortable and warm after your shower even if the room is chilly.
