Surprised how soft this dress was. It's like a high quality soft towel to rest your face on. He's 5ft 9" and the medium size is perfect for his average build, maybe he could go a size down but I always try to allow for shrinkage in the wash. Would keep because hostels recommend that students wear them when they get out of the shower, but my son doesn't wear bathrobes to begin with. So if you are looking for soft quality clothing, buy these. It is very sweet.

Use it to A) dry myself off when not in the shower B) prevent post-shower sweating C) stop and/or relieve night sweats I couldn't ask for anything better.

I measured my chest at 55 inches, the chart said XXL would fit up to 59 inches. The robe is very tight in the chest and does not fully fit the waist. If you're a tall man like me, don't take this robe.

First I got a big dress to wrap a part of me in. I changed it to a medium which fits much better but the sleeves were surprisingly short - much shorter than the large which is a bit odd. Time will tell how well it holds up!

It was too expensive for such a cheap material. I would not recommend that. I ended up using it for a Halloween costume (dude) but definitely don't buy it if you want a pretty robe.

My husband asked me to buy him a terry bath. This one looked fine but when it arrived we were told to wash it first. It pills horribly in the wash and is now the roughest form of terrycloth I have ever felt. You can wear it, but it's not soft anymore.

Brought this robe for my husband (2XL) and it fits great. The terry cloth material is dense and looks good absorbent. My husband absolutely loved the robe and it will be a welcome addition on a cold Illinois morning.

The robe fits well and is beautiful, but the color should be navy blue, more like navy blue or french blue. It's not dark blue.

I have purchased this in the past and loved it - it was listed as a 100% cotton robe in the description and it was listed on the item label. He felt good and had quite the stamina. If you are back-ordering the same style, it is listed as 100% cotton in several places on the Revain website BUT it is not. The dressing gown is delivered vacuum packed. It fluffed up nicely after washing and tumble drying. My husband likes it very much. Size XL.

This is not a summer bathrobe. It's beautiful, luscious and absorbent. I have a nice outdoor shower for the summer and I use it as a towel and bathrobe. It's perfect but it's warm so it's time to ditch it for summer once I'm dry. I am sure that I will use it for warmth in winter. Very important

Comfortable bathrobe that absorbs water well. My husband has lived in this robe since he opened it for Christmas. (And sometimes I catch it too, even though it's too big for me). The only downside is that it already has decay spots, so that's a little disappointing. It was a cheap robe so you get what you pay for. I still think it will serve its purpose long enough.
