Excellent problem solver & troubleshooter plus fantastic listening skills

They are very good at solving business problems, but they're not afraid to tell you when there is something that isn't right with your system setup or implementation process - which can often be an overlooked aspect by others in their field! I think this comes from working within various industries / types of businesses for so long; however it doesn't mean we don't learn new things every day about our customers' systems and how/why people do certain operations differently than us (which…

  • The process can be a little difficult to follow sometimes, and it's not always clear which direction a certain aspect of an investigation should take

Great technical resources and strong implementation capabilities

The team is very knowledgeable, thorough in their approach to business problems they are addressing. They have great communication skills as well with internal groups which makes it easy for us as clients to integrate them into our teams at some level with minimal disruption or confusion from either side. I wish that there were more long term engagements available rather than short-term consulting gigs because we would be better able to understand how this team works together over time versus…
