There are instructions on where to drop off the package or ring the bell. A man photographed him in the lobby, when the front door to the building was open, anyone could take the package. I've been waiting all this time to pay for the headache.

doesn't fit in the door, it falls off and can't close the door properly like other models. The bearing surface of the door is too long and the hook that is supposed to hold it to the door is too short, causing it to either fall off or not close the door. this article sucks!

Overall I like it but the depth will be a lot thicker than the average bedroom door so I had to add a few layers of cardboard and can replace it with wood which I painted nice and attached to the side of the door where the hooks should be so it doesn't swing weird and too thick to use on my doors.

These are very nice over the door hooks, they worked great in my bathroom. I've had nicer ones, but I've just moved in and the doors are much tighter in their frames and don't close with my old hooks (they dented the frame instead). I found these while looking for hooks that would fit into tight spaces and work great. Just bought my second one which I bought after trying the first one for a few months. I mainly use it to hang towels and robes, robes can be a bit bulky.

I wear hats all the time and need more space to store them. This shelf is perfect for what I need. The hooks are too close together for me to use the hat on each one, but they work for other things like scarves, ties, or belts. I was able to hang 2 hats on every other hook and that was fine with me. I like that it only hangs 4 inches from the top of the door because I already had a coat hook screwed into the door that I planned to keep using. .The door closes easily with it and I didn't notice…
