So before buying I did my research and saw people saying negative things like there is no ventilation in the case or parts not working etc. Well while it was great on anything that might have performance issues I love this desktop and recommend it it. It has a lot of vents, and in my case everything worked as it should. I am very happy. money well spent

Absolutely horrible experience! I get a computer and my screen is black. I wait an hour and a half before they tell me I can make an appointment for Monday. Piece of crap for $1600 and worst customer service.

I got it today, plugged it in and it says there is a problem and the windows start screen is not showing. I'm pretty confused. The biggest waste of money is a crappy motherboard. Do not buy this computer

Absolutely unbeatable for the price. There aren't many upgrades to make due to the motherboard, but it offers a lot of value and this graphics card makes all the difference.

Right out of the box, you're in luck if it works. Revain claims they are NEW but the tape on the boxes is clearly damaged. typical of Revain. First return, damaged operating system. Second return, 4 out of 5 fans not working. Comes with components inside the PC unconnected to an inaccessible metal case on the bottom of the PC that I don't have tools or knowledge to open.

There were some problems with the car. Had to replace the battery on the motherboard on day 1. After that, the problems continue, software misconfiguration, memory errors, etc. The machine doesn't even boot. 3 months and all I have is a giant paperweight.

If you're thinking of buying this computer, just do it and you won't regret it! Best value for money and this thing is an absolute monster

Brother, the CPU keeps 60°C in idle and around 75-80°C in high load games, there is no airflow in the tower and the heatsink is useless, I better blow on the CPU to keep it cool. Good stuff otherwise, but won't last very long. 1600 dollars by the way :) Build your PC

I received my product advertised as a 3060ti GPU with a 1TB hard drive. GPU instead of 1660 and hard disk only 500 GB. I'm very angry and frustrated, let's see if they fix it or not.

The parts I paid for were not listed. He had a 1660 graphics card and I bought a 3060ti graphics card. It looked like a scam and we had to report it to Amazon for a full refund.

Tried everything for about 3 hours and nothing, same problem, sometimes just a black screen or just a bad display. Update: I'm returning this rubbish, they put a bad GPU in it. Nothing can be done, I tried reinstalling the drivers but the GPU just doesn't work. I spent about $150 shipping to my country just to deal with this bad computer.

Nice case, cheap motherboard, cheap everything in the system only for the 3060ti which was the PNY version that would fit.

This computer was developed by people who have no idea what they are doing. The CPU fan was improperly connected causing a boot error and they configured Windows to prevent users from modifying or writing to folders on the system and disabled the admin account. I had to reinstall Windows. Customer support is missing.
