So before buying I did my research and saw people saying negative things like there is no ventilation in the case or parts not working etc. Well while like anything that might have performance issues it was great I love this desktop and recommend it. It has a lot of vents, and in my case everything worked as it should. I am very happy. money well spent

I'd give this a 4, but I've had bad experiences replacing a faulty GPU. Basically they sent me the wrong GPU and had to wait quite a while to get the right one. However, after this fiasco, the PC works fine.

This pre-built computer is terrible. Aside from shutting down every 30 seconds and not being able to delete windows, the motherboard is defective along with the RAM! Stay away from this product!

I liked the design of the case, it works quite quietly and the performance is almost what I wanted. Saved me a lot of work when I was considering building my own PC, but the Skytech build won me over instead. plus stunning RGB lighting

I got it today, plugged it in and it says there is a problem and the windows start screen is not showing. I'm pretty confused. The biggest waste of money is a crappy motherboard. Do not buy this computer

Opened up, turned on, looks good, nice colors but the graphics card was dead (only the optics was a super bugged boot screen) and there was no hard drive so no OS, this computer is a joke, came with a quality control checklist and they obviously just signed them and moved on because half the list requires an OS ready to return once you get it

Tried everything for about 3 hours and nothing, same problem, sometimes just a black screen or just a bad display. Update: I'm returning this rubbish, they put a bad GPU in it. Nothing can be done, I tried reinstalling the drivers but the GPU just doesn't work. I spent about $150 shipping to my country just to deal with this bad computer.

Nice case, cheap motherboard, cheap everything in the system only for the 3060ti which was the PNY version that would fit.

I've been having assembly issues and faulty parts since uploading. The CPU fan was connected incorrectly and the WLAN card was burned out. Customer service was a joke - long waits and the replacement I received was snatched from another car and lost the antenna when the rep assured me it was new (luckily I trusted my intuition and ordered a backup). I received my product advertised as a 3060ti GPU with a 1TB hard drive. GPU instead of 1660 and hard drive only 500 GB. I'm very angry and frustrated, let's see if they fix it or not.

This is a great PC for casual gamers like me. It launches new games like Resident Evil Village and Mass Effect: Legendary Edition very well. The PC is very quiet, especially when I wear headphones I don't hear anything at all. Not long ago I installed a 3TB hard drive in it and all my games are stored there. In general I would recommend.

I bought this product expecting a smooth and fast PC. I open and close everything according to the instructions. I try to turn it on and it just turns off the power. There are also loose parts within the component itself. I've tried contacting tech support multiple times. Using a "Tech Support Manager" she emailed me and then became unresponsive for about 72 hours. I've had this computer for about 10 days and still haven't been able to use it.

Absolutely horrible experience! I get a computer and my screen is black. I wait an hour and a half before they tell me I can make an appointment for Monday. Piece of crap for $1600 and worst customer service.
