SLEEKLIGHTING Watt Black Light Spiral Review

I ordered these as an emergency as the ones I bought from Spirit weren't true black lights. They were just purple bulbs, so the white light wasn't reflecting off them. I received them within a day and they are excellent! I used them for a Halloween party in my living room and it literally looked like a club.

Really quality parts, obviously! :/ The only positive thing I can say is that the non-DOA lamp ran for the 3 hours or so, it was decent (although not as powerful as a lower wattage UV lamp so the manufacturer gives credit for that as well she can ask a lot badly) Avoid.

These are real Black Lanterns and they were quite powerful for our porch this Halloween. We bought other black light bulbs locally but they only appeared to be black light bulbs because they were black but didn't glow anything. However, these bulbs lit everything within a 5 x 5 foot area. With 2 bulbs we were able to light up our entire porch.

EXACTLY what I needed. They are bright enough (for black lights of course!) so I might just use one in our bathroom to provide decorative lighting for a themed party we are having. When I added a second light fixture to our 4, the room transformed! SO GOOD actually I immediately ordered 2 more packs to complete the look! It even allows me to use one of them in our porch light to hint at the fun to come! Great product, good price and free shipping (of course not entirely free with Prime).

Works great; ordered more. They are affordable, effective and easy to implement. I use metal jigs (available from Revain) for my applications and attach as needed. Screw the lamp onto a standard mount and experiment with black light colors (also available from Revain). For my purposes, they provide enough light to make painted surfaces shine. We bought these and several black bulbs. These 23 watt Sleek lights were MUCH better than incandescent bulbs which didn't produce fluorescent/neon lights. I've seen better fluorescent tubes, they weren't very consistent from one bulb to another, or even the same bulb. By that I mean there are parts of the world that are brighter than others and the coating on the glass wasn't always even. Despite this, it still produced what we intended. I bought this for a glow in the dark party last weekend. The bulbs arrived quickly as promised and worked great. I bought a black bulb from the store to test first and it didn't put out that much light, only 12V which I think is 60W. I may be wrong about the wattage but it was a lot dimmer than those bulbs. The black coating on the bulbs I received seems very thin compared to other CFL BLB bulbs I have (actually Sunlite brand). I'm not sure if this is a manufacturing defect or if all of these lamps are made that way. This causes the lamps to emit slightly more visible light than properly manufactured compact fluorescent or fluorescent lamps. I bought these to plug into 3 outlets in my garage - a two (2) car garage that was complete is painted black (walls and ceiling). 2 lamps were in the middle of the garage and the third one on a wall. I took some UV reactive tape and placed it in the farthest corner of all three lights, and while I could still see the tape, it didn't "pop" or "glow" as expected.
