the edge detail is separate and cracks

Got 2 of these and we both loved the look. Sadly, the edge detail cracked and broke on each one for no reason. The body is a soft silicone-ish fabrication, but the edge is hard plastic. Neither of us dropped or misused the phone. The edge just cracked on its own, I'm going back to another brand 100% silicone. Less decorative, but hugely better quality.

The old saying “Pretty is as pretty does.”

At first I was ok with this case. I have been using Snugg since 2013 or 2014. They had a rubber silicone case with a tread pattern on it that made it non slip and protected the phone beautifully for years. They don’t make that one anymore. What a shame! This one cracked down at the bottom. Pictures of old case and new are included. They should start making the old one again because this one is just no good. I can see from the reviews, that I am not the only one to have this problem. This one is

Great case, really hugs the phone tight

Great case, really hugs the phone tight, doesnt feel like the corner of the case will come off when the phone falls like other cases

Disappointed good for me

Though the Snugg Slim cover fulfills its purpose but it gives a very cheap look to the phone. The cover material does not look and feel good. The cover came in a box that was labeled iPhone 8 and packaging was below par. I used Snugg products in the past for my iMac which were excellent but this cover is a total disappointment. I hope they will redesign and come up with a better product very soon.
